Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking and dining experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly rate plus tips.
Duties/Responsibilities (including but not limited to the following):
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and dining room
- Keep the bar organized, stocked and clean at all times
- Interact with customers, take drink and food orders
- Have a strong knowledge of all menu items and prices
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Upsell guests on food or drink items when appropriate
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age

Dishwasher
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated, organized dishwasher who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The Dishwasher’s main duties include thoroughly washing soiled plates, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans and restacking cleaned items. They may also restock items, unload delivery trucks, help prepare cook stations, clean appliances and machines, empty and clean trash receptacles, and perform other duties, as needed.
To be successful as a Dishwasher, you should be a committed, communicative team player with excellent time management skills. You should be able to prioritize tasks in a busy setting and adhere to all food safety regulations and procedures.

- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, and areas
- Stack clean dishes and silverware on the line

We are looking for a Host/Phones person, who will be responsible for welcoming guests to the restaurant and ensuring that they are seated and receive attentive service. Their duties include maintaining a waitlist of patrons during busy meal service, passing out menus and accepting phone calls. Ultimately, you will ensure our daily operations run smoothly and our guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Duties/Responsibilities (including but not limited to the following):
- Greeting customers as they walk into the restaurant
- Helping guests with reservations and guiding them to their table
- Giving guests accurate wait time estimates and seating them in the waiting area
- Inform guests of current promotions and ensure a smooth handoff to service staff
- Observe guests’ needs throughout dining experience to ensure they receive high quality service
- Providing customers with menus and answering any initial questions they may have
- Have a strong knowledge of all menu items and prices
- Optimizing seating at different tables to ensure even workload for wait staff
- Answering phones and scheduling reservations with large parties

Delivery Driver
Job Description
Each Delivery Driver plays an essential role in ensuring our customers receive their order in a timely and friendly manner. Delivery Drivers may spend their shifts, assisting Restaurant Associates with the back of house duties including making the finest quality product, and of course, delivering food orders to our customers. A driver may spend anywhere from 30% – 70% of their shift delivering orders and will assist where needed in the restaurant when not on deliveries. The most successful Delivery Drivers perform their role safely, efficiently, and accurately, making sure all orders are correct before leaving the restaurant.
Duties and responsibilities (including but not limited to the following):
- Checks out and delivers orders.
- Safely operates a motor vehicle.
- Performs other in-store functions while not driving such as folding boxes or other cross-functional Associate level duties.
- Ensures the shift is ready for revenue by completing some food prep, stocking.
- Sets the next shift up for success by completing food prep, stocking prep tables, and freezer pulls.
- Cleans and mops kitchen as needed.
- Effectively communicates with customers, co-workers, and managers in person or over the telephone.
- Accurately handles cash; gives customer correct change, completes cash check out directly after the shift with the Manager.
- Follows all food safety guidelines, including handwashing, illness reporting and cleanliness.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Previous Driver and/or customer service experience helpful but not required
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position safely while meeting productivity standards
- Able to lift up to up to 20 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Occasional bending and twisting
- Must be 18 years old or older and have a minimum of 2 years driving experience
- Delivery Drivers must have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and valid automobile insurance. Must maintain a driving record that meets company minimum requirements to remain in position.
